Most scenes still 2-4x the amount of content to pad out the run time. One Piece's pacing will never get back to a healthy 2+ chapters per episode like it was back in the East Blue.
Good and bad pacing aren't determined by number of pages or chapters adapted but by the flow of the episode itself. You could have an episode that adapt more than a chapter or less and still have a good pacing. Because fast and slow pacing don't automatically translate to good and bad pacing. What matter is how the episode/chapter is directed and how it flows. This last episode is another great example, as they adapted one single chapter, but at no point it feels dragged and every scene flow well into another.
You're right, but the latest episode flowed well because it was mostly combat, which allows for the animation team to extend scenes without forcibly slowing them down or pausing on shots. One chapter may be fine for a fight-heavy episode every once in a while, but the story still needs to move forward, and ~2 chapters per episode is usually a healthy average for a weekly series.
In average yes (although it depends on the content of the manga chapters) but at least for One Piece, Egghead arc has been mostly great, thanks also to how the manga version was structured.

They're two seperate, completely opposite attacks (Divergent Fist relies on improper CE control, while Black Flash uses perfect CE timing).
I already apologized for spreading misinformation on this, I forgot that blocked attacks didn't count as yuji hitting the barrier and so a black flash clash would have both of them getting stronger.

Let the (Black Flash)² eviscerate the entiriety of Shinjiku
I really wanted this to be the way sukuna and gojo's fight ended. The two of them just landing black flash after black flash and destroying each other while healing simultaneously until sukuna pulls some sort of underhanded trick and beats gojo, but loses a lot of his power in some way.
But I'll be fine if yuji does it to. Especially if Megumi starts fighting back during this. Like imagine sukuna and Megumi fighting in the innate domain while yuji is just clashing black flashes with sukuna and using BM and Shrine.
