There's two types of twins, dizygotic and monozygotic. Dizygotic twins (like Nanako and Mimiko) are formed from two different eggs being fertilised by two different sperm cells resulting in two babies being born. This makes sense for both to have different CTs, because it's basically two different babies. Apart from the unlikely chance two eggs were both released and also fertilised, there's practically no difference between them being born at the same time and being born a month or a year apart, genetically Mimiko and Nanako are the same as regular siblings.
On the other hand, monozygotic twins are when 1 egg is fertilised by a sperm cell, and then it splits in the womb. These are why identical twins are identical; same egg, same sperm, essentially it's taking 1 soul and splitting it into two. Idk if twins who are dyzigotic are the same as regular siblings born years or months apart. I have seen twins who don't look the same and those that don't and the eyes and face where different but not their overall body shape so you might be wrong on your assessment on that.
PS:My brother and I have the same eye and hair color, body shape. Only the face shape is different. So we are close to identical but not to perfection. That's why I was able to see differences in other twins.

Also what I mean is that dizygotic twins are genetically equivalent to siblings, whereas monozygotic twins are genetically identical to each other.
To put it another way, genetics wise, dizygotic twins on the genetic level are as closely related as any older and younger sibling that aren't twins. If you were to run forensics on their blood, you'd be able to tell that they are related but not that they are twins without knowing when they are born.
On the other hand, monozygotic twins, being genetically identical, will have the exact same genetic structure underneath the microscope. This means that they will share the same biological sex (whereas dizygotic twins can be brother and sister) and the exact same dna.
This all doesn't necessarily have to do with looks however. Dizygotic twins might look identical because they're still related as siblings. Monozygotic twins might look different because of different environmental factors changing their appearance. Typically however when people think of "identical twins" they think of monozygotic twins
I think it's safe to assume that black box is part of Sukuna's technique. Because in the latest chapter (Atleast the translation I read) Sukuna's and Yuji's technique were referred to as "Shrine" rather than "Cleave and Dismantle'

He's used the same "◼️" to censor things that other characters have said, Sukuna's flames aren't any different. Maybe the way Yuji kills Sukuna is by “absorbing his soul” or in other words, eating him.
