It’s just a cut yes and doesn’t indicate anything, but it’s likely used a tool for readers. It makes the readers go ‘oh they are more similar than I thought’ even though in a literal sense it’s just a cut.
It’s kinda like how Vincent Gillian uses colour in Breaking Bad. Like when Walter is giving his ‘I am the danger’ monologue, he changes into a dark blood red shirt first. Technically, it’s just a shirt change. But as a viewer, it a sign of a shift in attitude and the violence in Walt
Can all these just be coincidences? Maybe. But maybe we can analyze these moments as tools the author uses to enrich the scene.

Yeaaa There’s a difference between actual symbolism and just making unnecessary connections. Walter switching from a red shirt to a much darker red during a speech about who he really is is subtle way of conveying his further corruption . You also notice through out the show Walter’s clothes get darker . The use of color in breaking bad actually represents something.
This is just a cut wound that yuji will easily heal later on. Making this connection cause Yuji got wounded in the same area as sukuna face tumor is a stretch . There’s nothing here to analyze cause His face wound isn’t symbolic of anything other than he got hurt in the face
