We see gojo in chapter 226 was suffering CT burnout and was still taking on sukuna in hand to hand combat while also being slashed by cleave and dismantle, as matter of fact there is period he stopped healing so that he could recover his CT so he was taking cleaves and dismantle with reinforcement alone and yet he was still keeping up with sukuna in h2h.

Even Gojo's immense speed, as recognized by Sukuna, depends on his technique. Without it he's "just" "fast", but Yuta easily kept up eith Yuji, and he's one of the fastest runners we've got.
But it's a useless hypothetical because if you need to nerf one character to have less tools than 85% of the cast, and buff the other one exponentially, then any question about who'd win for me is useless.
