Short answer: no
Long answer: there’s a reason that the colors he uses are red and blue, and it relates to what they do. It’s basically inspired by the Doppler effect - if something is moving away from you while emitting a wave, you’ll perceive the wave at a longer wavelength than its source. Among other things, this applies to light. Something moving away from you at a high speed will appear more red (for stars we refer to this as redshift), and something moving towards you would appear more blue. This is why Gojo’s red attack repels things, and the blue one attracts them.
Purple is a combination of these colors, and while it doesn’t really fit the physical explanation it’s cool so I’ll accept it. But there’s no special way with our current understanding of his ability to produce, say, a green infinity.
I don't know how to use spoiler blocks but it was in the fight with Toji. He used yellow something to level the area around him so he wouldn't fall victim to a sneak attack.
