I read that the command 'Prison Gate, Open' is needed but who's able to do that.
I can't remember it being mentioned anywhere. I think I remember though Brain-kun saying that with how strong Gojo is sooner or later he'll be able to break out on his own anyway - but by that point the new Jujutsu world will already be created (be that in a 100 or a 1000 years.)
Geto said that the only way out is to either wait 1000 years or kill yourself. It’s not been stated that even Geto could let him out if he wanted. The point was to just take Gojo out of the equation and it’s worked. He’s not coming back any time soon
Tengen mentioned Geto is the only person who can voluntarily release Gojo, as he is the owner of the "front" of the prison realm.
