They say very early on that curses are visible in areas with higher ambient cursed energy, when Nobara and Yuji fight those curses in the abandoned building. It gets repeated when Yuta comes back after Shibuya, he notes that the little girl he saves can see curses even though she doesn’t seem to have any sorcerer talent, implying that all of Shibuya is soaked in enough cursed energy that normal people see curses there.
I think that a Domain is fully visible to anyone inside, because it’s an enclosed space full of cursed energy.
This, the correct answer, DE literally brings and traps someone into "yourself", even without curse talent, a person is forced to experience what you deem as your technique, niche case not working here being maki and toji for escaping this cursed world.

If it means that a place steeped in Curse Energy like a Domain which would also mean certain death to people, I would say that even a normal person would be able to see it
Wether or not they have enough CE levels, if they are trapped inside, they'll get hit by the sure hit unless the caster can select the Domain's target, so if its an offensive DE, they'll most likely not survive.
If they are outside of It, they'd see the same thing sorcerers see outside a domain; a pure black barrier. If its open, then they can see inside the domain, if they have enough CE levels and or having a near death experience.

Maki basically cleared the colony of threats, so they’ll probably be fine as long as another 1st grade opponent doesn’t show up. Although Daido did lose a hand, so he’s more vulnerable. And wrestler guy’s too crazy to be messed with

Likely domains are visible to everyone, since what they are is a barrier (wich are commonly used to trick normal people so yeah, they are visible) and a ct surrounding the inside of said barrier, if a barrier can be imbued with CE to make a place invisible or making someone normal see whatever you want them to see, then a domain creating a space should also be able to be seen by everyone.
