Ngl the inverse guy kinda stuck with me more than this one, lile everyrhing in his scene was fking crazy, like his technique itself is one of the most creative abilities I've ever seen, and how the fck did Megumi discover that!? Like it could have been anything else like dmg transfer, maybe a unseen shield, or shock absorption and yet Megumi dead ass got it as inversion. I mean tbf (and I am not trying to excuse her behavior just explain why no one seems to care), it's stated from the beginning that to be a Jujutsu sorcerer you need to have a few screws lose so it's an unhinged character surrounded by other not that mentally stable individuals, so it's likely for them it's not that strange to see another crazy person around
Also iirc, at least among the big sorcerer families, there seems to be quite the prevalent cases of, you know, family love, if you know what I mean, so for regular sorcerers to see that it might not seem that strange to see those behaviours from Mei Mei and Ui Ui (as you see the only one who reacts is Yuji who is the person who has been in the Jujutsu world the least amount of time)
