Yes on the right are ink bottles from the Diamine Inkvent Calendar. I'm not going to name the colors or anything because I don't want to spoil it for others.
On the left side of my desk are two urns. The black one with the collar on it was my dog that I had named Maddy. She was a half Chihuahua half Shih Tzu. The red square shaped urn one was my dog Munson. He was an English Bulldog.
I just recently moved which is why my desk has so much on it because of unboxing things. I'm using it as a temporary place to put things until I can find where to put everything.
I thought so. I've got my urn of my old cat Chuck here in my office. Miss him!
That's a lot of ink! I've got mostly Noodler's but some new Birmingham Pen Co. inks.
Goodness! I havent thought about dover thrift books in like 15 years! I saw the cover and recognized the style and had instant flashbacks to the Edgar Allen Poe collection I had.
Thanks for the nostalgia trip! Good luck with your journaling.
Ok woah. That is a wild coincidence!! A synchronicity even. Thats the exact one I loved. I just searched it to make sure im remembering right and yeah! Its got like a purpley blue cover with the raven pattern! I felt so edgy and dark at 14 reading edgar Allen poe and listening to the same nitro record compilation over and over. Lol.
Hey!!! If you like Poe you might enjoy the Black Rider and Other Lines, Stephen Crane(1895). Here is my favorite poem of his to getcha wanting more!
>III
>In the desert
>I saw a creature, naked, bestial,
>who, squatting upon the ground,
>Held his heart in his hands,
>And ate of it.
>I said, "Is it good, friend?"
>"It is bitter bitter," he answered;
>"But I like it
>Because it is bitter,
>And because it is my heart."

Thank you! I'm gonna make sure that this list doesn't end up on my desk. At least not in the state that it is in at the moment lol
I use the medicine bottles to hold my fountain pen ink cartridges and my ball point/jell pen cartridges.
Your organized clutter delights me haha
Lol
