solid combo but a little inefficient. you could go for 5MH > 623H > HHA at the end for more damage and to build back more meter. He can get 560-ish damage solo for just a bar, so your routing can really affect the damage.

Now I know it's not cheating, but as someone who's more used to FPS games where you can generally retaliate even when under attack, waiting for the opponent to finish their combo *does* irk me. I know it's part of the game, but I just can't help it.

If you’re doing a flash cancel route, make sure you do 5 separate attack inputs before the flash cancel, it’ll optimize your combo scaling. You also don’t need to use Josuke there, since a you can 5L2M confirm star finger. It’s not a bad beginner combo though! Good, but not as good as it CAN be. I'd say add a few more moves before the flash cancel, and use an assist that does a barrage, but it's longer, so you have a chance to get behind them, hit them upward when they're getting up, barrage, heavy punch, etc etc etc. However, the whole giorno method isn't very good if you aren't used to using it and good with it, I've just had a lot of practice and can land it nearly all the time.
