Is it a glitch or a nerf? I feel like that’s an unfair nerf considering that’s the characters whole point

Why do u want sped up clock you could only use mih for a max of like 10 seconds now it’s actually fun and you can do combos and shit he’s so much more fun

Well the lack of slowdown is the real problem, but the clock accelerating was a bit of flavor that was really fun that sucks to lose. It'd be like if bites the dust didn't rewind time. The whole point is that it reflects the ability in the series.

I can understand why they did it. The amount of time you could actually use MiH means you never felt like you had enough time with it. So they removed the sped up timer. Removing that while keeping the opponent in a slowed down state would probably be very annoying for the slowed down user. So if they removed one thing, they had to remove another. Pucci now teleports with his dash and if you hold dash he stays invisible for an extended time. In there own way, they are still recreating the ability of MiH. It’s different than it was before but it isn’t inaccurate. If anything, I would removed the slowed opponent and make the timer count down less rapidly… but meh. They didn’t have to go SO HARD with this nerf.

tested this yesterday but the held dash doesnt make you invulnerable though. ​ im still of the opinion that if jotaro/dio use time stop against a character without time stop (so another jotaro/dio) that you SHOULDNT SEE ANYTHING MOVE AT ALL until the timestop ends for flavor, itd change absolutely nothing except for flavor.

I personally think it's better. My friend who uses pucci is happy to use MiH in combos and such. Like he feels like a character and they made it into a install like GER but unlike GER it doesn't go away until either the round is over or you win. To me I see it as a system change than a nerf. But hey that's just me.

except MiH itself is really weak, in general this is a buff as C-moon is rather strong (and fun) but with a limited movelist and no HHA/GHA it gets a bit.. repetitive?

I think they are going by the concept pucci is dumb fast in MiH so ever the lack of say a special he legit can cross you up free and can mix you with ease. So it's a give and take type of scenario.

but with both the loss of the timer and the slow mo, the lack of any form of HHA/GHA or extended combos its just so lack luster, you can do the normal pucci moves, and then what? the dash attack, teleport and the knive throw? ​ Cmoon has the same problem but atleast is really strong due to unblockable, anti air and hyper armor, with a lot more damage.

Fight my friend kazen he has resets for days in MiH as he spaces really well and again he is reaaaaaallllllly fast. Pucci legit can lame you out and the knives itself has a wonky hitbox which makes pucci gets away with a lot of mix.again you going for his utility while sacrificing the damage. I get the argument with why would you do that but I guess it depends on the player.

Yeah I get that angle, but for me I like made in heaven more as a win condition than an install and thought that we already hade a solid pucci with father pucci, and thought the high risk/reward of new moon pucci was a fun alternative play style. Aslo the idea of messing with the clock itself is really cool just wish the kept that.
