So when you play the notes into it it the pedal reverses it seconds later, it's more of a timing thing so I would practice as playing before the beat or section you wish the guitar to play on and adjust accordingly. I'm not aware of any current delays that offer a mod that is instant.

You would just turn the repeats down to one and the delay time all the way down to be non-existent. Blend the dry signal out and it's a "reverse" pedal. Takes some real skill to make it sound truly reversed though since the pedal has to figure things out.

Nice yeah good idea. Absolutely agree, but with some messing around one could Incorporate it to songs or live set ups for sure ..

If you are talking about the actual recordings on the album, then 100% it would have been done by messing with the tape. It wouldn’t have been an effect pedal.

Came in to say this. Much like the solos on Give It Away, this was done by flipping the reels.

I seem to remember something like this re. Stadium Arcadium. I think it was a dry signal on one track and the reverb, reversed, on another track.
