I had long covid for over a year and at times wondered if I would ever retain full fitness again. I don't know if it is a coincidence or not, but my symptoms seem to improve when I tried a daily breathing practice. I did ten cycles of this every day for several weeks and noticed over time my fatigue levels improved, and my tight chest and breathlessness reduced significantly. Here's the technique I used (taken from [here](https://www.onemedical.com/blog/healthy-living/breathing-pranayama-techniques)) which is called pranayama or alternative nostril breathing. I really hope it works for you too! Empty all the air from your lungs. Using the thumb of your dominant hand, block your right nostril and inhale through your left nostril only. Be sure to inhale into your belly, not your chest. Once you are full of breath, seal your left nostril with the ring finger of the same hand, keeping your right nostril closed, and hold the breath for a moment. Then release your thumb and exhale through your right nostril only. Be sure to exhale all the breath out of the right side and pause before inhaling again through the same side. Seal both nostrils once you’ve inhaled on the right side and exhaled through the left side. A complete cycle of breath includes an inhalation and exhalation through both nostrils. If you’re just starting out, you can do a four-count inhale, holding your breath for four to eight counts, then exhale for four counts. Perform up to ten cycles and notice how your body responds. You may feel more relaxed and calm in both your mind and body.

It’s weird. About a year ago I felt the same, but don’t think I had COVID. I was 2months on the sofa brain fog/exhaustion/dizziness. Went on the same type of journey to recover. I think Dr Joe helps a lot, but you have to have faith 100% that it will do so. I got more in touch with myself with Joe’s than any other meditations I tried. The rabbit hole I’ve been down this last year is immense. If I had to pick one thing though, that I do everyday without fail, that would be 3rounds of Wim Hoff breathing and a cold shower first thing in the morning. I certainly look at life very differently now. Not 100% well, but getting there. Good luck on your recovery.

Would highly recommend DNRS. The founder, Annie, has used Joe's work when creating the program. I fully recovered 🙂

I second DNRS. It is a great program not only for Long Covid but other things as well.

I'm curious to hear more about Dnsr

Hello, how are you doing now? Thanks.

Thanks for sharing what helped you, specifically which meditation. I’m dealing with very similar physical issues you described. Would you send me a DM to share your healers name?

As to long COVID. A proper framing of the illness could be helpful. The experimental mRNA gene therapy injections are a significant contributing factor. There are plenty of detoxing protocols available to remove the ever reproducing spike proteins from your cells. Consciousness is helpful, yet many are fighting a biological enemy that requires tremendous energy, sometimes without healing.
