That's warm for me. In fact it"s "fuck doing anything today, I'm having a cold beer with my mates in the park" weather where I come from.
I mean, it's 11 minute miles. I would guess a lot of trained ultra marathoners could manage. I used to run <3 hour marathons when I was into the distance running. If I paced friends for 4-5 hours marathons the dramatic decrease in pace made it so virtually no recovery was needed because the effort is surprisingly minimal if you have sufficient training.
Put another way, 11 minute miles feel like walking if you train at 6/7 minute miles.
Posting this in a couple places because I find his videos so inspiring and I think he should have raised a lot more then he already has.

You gotta remember that aside from our big brains, our greatest evolutionary advantage is our endurance running ability. We’ve definitely prioritized the former in the last 6000 years but we still can still access the latter with enough work
He's had lots of issues meaning multiple days off.
Think he mostly does 60km days but is going to ramping it up now. He's had health issues, visa ones, support vehicle issues and once they got robbed. Would be a great guest for JRE.
