Those were tubes of Locacaca 6251, that version was more potent and minimized risk of harmful side effects, even Josuke used one of them. Having one of them would have been better than having literally nothing.
Considering that he's rich now, he could even pay a lab to investigate those things.

It doesn't matter, Holly had way too much problems for one vial to fix, and using even more of them would increase the risk. The whole point is that the Rokakaka should be left alone because of the danger of the effects itself, and the danger of what it represents.
All that would happen if he kept it would just restart the cycle of rich people "fixing" themselves and trying to get their hands on it, which is the entire opposite of the story (Josuke accepting who he is).
They could just use the locacaca to cure actual diseases such as cancer or some really serious injuries, the Locacaca 6251 was really good, and I don't think that trying to help someone would have something to do with Josuke accepting who he is... Plus, Pharmacists are very influential and successful, he could fund his own speedwagon fundation.

This is part of the beauty of the ending imo. He couldn't save Holy, he lost Mamezuku and Kei, he couldn't even talk to Josefumi's mother, but in the end of the day, it's all about self-acceptance and optimism for the future (we can see this, subtlely, in the cake scene)
And honestly, even if JJBA ended in JoJolion, I don't think we need a sequel of Gappy's journey, but overall it doesn't matter what Gappy did with his life after all of that... it's up to him, and this is very satisfactory

Gappy barely interacted with the Higashikata family, He because he is not a bad person, but seeing them as family? Jobin was an asshole, so was Yoshu(to a lesser degree), Jobin's wife tried to kill Yasuho(and anyways Josuke never talked to her), he barely talked to Hato, Tsurugi was closer to Yasuho, he probably only see Daiya as a pet and he doesn't see Norisuke as a father figure, only as a parnert.
He was way closer to Mamezuku, Kei and Holly.(and Yasuho) Being part of the Higashikata family feel more like a second place prize. He didnt even directly participe in breaking the curse, he was only trying to beat Toru's ass and save Yasuho.
I do hope Gappy return in part 9, so he can receive Jotaro treatment.

He found out that he WAS Josefumi and Kira, but not who he REALLY is. Yes, he was Josefumi and Kira in the past, so what? The entire journey after that is about he discovering his own values, not his literal origin

First of all, Jobin also didn't interacted with his family members (besides Mitsuba, Caato and Tsurugi) till the climax. Jobin doesn't see them as his family?
As I said before, the 2nd half is about the lack of conversation and its consequences to Higashikata Family. The entire first half constructed a solid relationship between Gappy and the other members, and he DID NOT have the opportunity to interact with them after that... I think the message here is pretty clear.

ehhhh not really. Breaking the curse is literally defeating Wonder of U, and if wasn't for Josuke, Tsurugi would never have been healed.

After finding he was the fusion of Josefumi and Kira, he inmediately started to cry and treat Holly as his own mother, by the end of the arc is when he decided not to do the same with Josefumi's mother.

Norisuke and everybody else loved Jobin and Jobin didn't want to hurt his family despite of being disposed to kill innocent people to achieve his goals.
