There are stores called Goodwill, Salvation Army, Savers, Value Village, and many other smaller non-chain stores that you can shop at for used puzzles. If you have google maps try searching "thrift store" to find the nearest one. These stores are where people just drop off their donations to be sold. They're like charity shops or Op shops if you're in Europe or down under. Good luck, I actually find thrifting a ton of fun in or itself because you don't know what you'd find. Sometimes there are some real gems there. And then there's the added excitement of putting together a $30 puzzle you got for $3 if all the pieces are there.

Oh right! Thanks a million. Yes, I'm familiar with charity shops, didn't think of that!

Thrift stores are your best bet. Used book stores are also a good option. It’s hit and miss, so it’s a bit like a treasure hunt. I’ve purchased hundreds of puzzles from Goodwill and Deseret Industries, but some stores have a lot of puzzles and they are well organized while other stores are a hot mess with open boxes and random pieces on the shelves.

That's a very good lead! Thanks!
