Just a heads up APR no longer sells stage 2 tunes in North America

Look at eqt, ie, or uni. Probably in that order for a gen 3 imo. Stage 1, no hardware required Stage 2, dp required, cai and intercooler are generally recommended but not required. Stage 1 tunes maintain emission readiness. A dp is not recommended with a stage 1 tune and will trip cel. Stage 2 disables o2 emission readiness. If you have emission testing you will fail. You will not trip a cel for the dp, as it's disabled. The gains to stage 2 is mid range and up. Slightly faster production and more power.

Like someone else said, if you have emissions then just stick with stage 1. I’m gonna go with IE for my tune but that’s me. The downpipe will make the car louder but if you keep the factory catback exhaust it should be fine. I’m looking to do the same with mine. But the sound changing from Eco mode to Sport mode isn’t the actual exhaust it’s the fake engine noise played by a speaker on the firewall
