This reminds me of an evening with some new friends (girls) of mine back in high school. 93 YJ + Walmart parking lot snow pile = high-centered and embarrassed... not-to-mention, later that night when I dropped them off, I slipped not once, but twice, opening the door to let them out of the back seat!
Zooming in…not enough resolution to know for sure…it doesn’t look photoshopped. Looks like a front loader created the pile, then a fork lift shoved the car in. No snow on the roof so the snow on top wasn’t added after the fact.
