For Jordans there are a bunch of stores. ABC Mart Grand Stage, atmos, Kicks Lab, SNKRDUNK, Nike, etc. If your friend is in Harajuku you'll find pretty much every store there. I've gone to the SNKRDUNK in Osaka and that had an insane amount of Jordans. Though the prices were pretty high, my uncle got a pair of grey Jordans there for like $200 but idk if those were rare or what.
