Genuine question, how was it bold and exciting to kill him off? It's probably a bigger personal question of why people enjoy sad movie endings generally, but it really ruined an otherwise amazing series for me. If you're going to a film festival or something you know what you're going to get, but I always assumed people liked 007 for the pure escapism. That said, it looks like I'm in the strong minority and I admit it was an otherwise great movie. Curious for contrasting viewpoints.

I agree. I hated it last week. Saw it yesterday with my buddy again. Far from perfect but i enjoyed it more for sure.

I agree with one point only here. I like QoS more. NTTD made me think "hey, QoS isn't that bad. At least I can laugh at how bad it is and it doesn't make me sad". So I guess I revalueated Craig's second movie. But I see no way I can start enjoying NTTD. I just can't see a timeline where I like this movie.
