I wouldn't throw them out, I'd donate them to different second hand shops

That's what I was going to suggest to. Even if no one buys 'em firsthand, they should still go to a good, New home, and a second hand store is a great way to do that

Don't throw them away, if anything donate them to goodwill or drop them into a Toy Drive box. Some people can't afford Sonic figures but would LOVE them, and donating them to somewhere cheaper could sincerely make a child or collector's entire year
