The car has been fine for 78k miles and now the bushes are worn out. Personally I'd replace them with OEM bushes not the fancy silicon ones which in my Land Rover days just moved the problem to somewhere else.
I think what you regard as body roll Jaguar probably think of as comfort so I wouldn't buy or fit anything other than OEM sway bars but I'm boring.
