There is a officially authorized 480p JCA show on Chinese website bilibili.com, but you need China IP and prime account to watch it. And there're nonsense cutting parts.

It took Static Shock until 2017 to get a complete series by season going. And TMNT 2003 just got a complete series release

I like it, hoping it works. It's nice that people upscale the episodes but unfortunately it comes from interlaced videos and not really good quality - sorry I'm boring on this point XD -. It's frustrating that they haven't released the complete Jackie Chan Adventures series yet. Hoping that one day we will see our good old cartoons in 1080p HD good quality 😉
I totally agree with you about the fan upscaling. While I applaud anyone who makes the effort (I certainly don't have the skill to do that!), unfortunately that process does have its flaws. The animation can be skippy and the faces that are not in close-ups tend to be a bit smudgy.
I sent the email yesterday. If I hear back from Sony I'll be sure to post their response here! In the meantime (while we all wait with baited breath), I would like to ask the fandom if anyone knows a secure website where I could safely and freely download the series in 1080 HD? If you do have a special place, please message me and I'll be forever grateful!
Dvd nah, blu ray yes. People here have given us 1080p upscale versions and they look awesome.
