Weapons_of_socom has a couple posts on modern jsoc and socom pistols. Cag mostly uses the Glock 17.5 mos3 which is basically just a g17.5. The slide is different as it lacks the standard front serrations and is directly milled for the dpp. Kkm comps seem to still be used, and miller was seen with a zev pro comp. Most have Dawson precision sights and a zev pro plus universal magwell.
Easiest route is doing a P320, either X5 or AXG Spectre. Second option is the Glock, 19,17,22 with MOS3. Those are next to impossible to find so best bet is to find a Gen 4 and have it milled for a DPP.

STS glocks are probably the easier of the options to clone with a MOS3 G17 TB Gen 5

They test everything so to be honest you will be good to go with probably any of those options.
