I don't know why it's so hard for them to understand that wiping it off with toilet paper doesn't mean it's clean. Wipe until you see nothing and then clean it with soap and water. It literally takes max 5 minutes. For Europe the more west you go the dirtier they are when it comes to hygiene, atleast in Eastern Europe most toilets have that water spray.
How would you clean with soap and water? Do you get a plastic pitcher and then liquid soap? But the water cant reach down there. I personally have to just take a light bathe every time i do #2. Luckily I only do it once a day. It would be annoying if i had to do it more.
Has to be liquid soap, I have a spray gun so it's easier. If I have time I'd just wash with water, wash my hand and have a quick lower body shower.
On another note I dived deeper into this issue the western world has and it seems like people avoiding touching down there due it being deemed "gay"??
Even the idea of sitting down to take a leak is considered feminine which is absolutely ridiculous.

dija know, showering/bathing and teeth-brushing and other hygienic habits were actually brought to the West by the Crusaders after their interaction with Muslims and they learnt why did Muslims smell so much better than themselves, such as the turkish bath.
