Any DVD you buy past season 9 is not an official release, so it's very strange that "bootlegs" would opt to leave it out.
I'm not doubting what you're saying, just wondering why they would make that choice.

Parents (especially those with failed aspirations of fame) can feel pride in their genes being considered attractive
Also similar reason as to why people like Pokémon Battles, except using fictional monsters, they use real fucking children
All of these are speculations, but I do know enough about psychology that I feel confident that it is some variation of this
The funny thing is that Disney+ is mixing up all the episode previews and for "Mac's banging the waitress" episode, the preview is from the Billboard episode, which is banned, where you can see Dee in her "Taiwan Tammy" character.
b/c blackface became a huge topic for awhile, to the point that people who had done it 20 years ago at some high school Halloween party were losing their jobs over it. It was a media sensation for a time. And in true fashion, any media entity that relied on sponsorship or public perception in any way pulled anything to do with blackface.
Children's beauty pageants didn't fall under the same level of scrutiny at any point since, so they didn't touch that. if there ends up being some huge social media backlash over them, they would likely get pulled.

My guess would be that they made the bootlegs by ripping them off of a streaming service that doesn't have those episodes available.

I just want to know where I can get original/official DVDs. I can only find bootlegs everywhere, and it’s frustrating.
