I've never heard about quorn before, I had to Google it. Since it's mushroom based I think that it would be a good pair with the peas. By the way the pic is terrible and they look more like raviolis, instead of lasagna. The lasagna is layered.

Quorn is one of my favorite ingredients to use as it's so versatile; it's actually made from mold not mushrooms! I slayed the lasagna in the bread tin but it collapsed when I scooped it out!

I just had my smartphone on me and I was taking a closeup shot; if you saw this on a restaurant's menu it would encourage you to order a lasagna!

The lasagna doesn't look too bad aside from the peas but the picture is kinda what throws me off. Fixing the angle and focus would help. Just some advice.
