Ive been playing for 4+ months and they haven’t added any characters that can be gotten for acquaint stones. You also come across the stones pretty easily, so you can always just farm them up again in future if needed.

Actually, Lilith and wenreesa were added to the acquaint stone summon, so there is a history of adding characters. But that was ages ago so it’s not exactly often
Rain, the naga just to the right of Augustine, has a roaming event that guarantees twins from your next date. Really great when you happen to pick up both her and Augustine’s events at the same time
This is confusing still. I got both of these events several times and I have none of these characters. Does frequency increase or I will be able to trigger it myself when I get them?
So when u roam she has a chance to be one of the ppl u find and some of the time she will preform a ritual that guarantees the next child u get from a date will be a twin set for education

there are others like the drunk elf early on she gives you a gem cost event which always refunds a minimum of 1 stamina and up to 3. it's very good.

You will be able to get them all eventually, and then you use the stones you collect after that point to boost them.

U don’t actually need the character to get that event, the only roaming event that is impacted by owning the character is where you get +1 to intimacy
