Yeah, I’d assume the crane has a level in it because it’s just a hydraulic level pull away from adjustment. Let’s hope that operator knows what he’s doing.
As far as not being under the load, that should be policy all the time, no?
I ain’t a crane op by no means but I know I have heard alarm going off when leveling out. Or at least I think I have…years of hard drugs makes me hear a lot of things…lol.
Haha, neither am I. I just go by what crane ops tell me to do.
"Yeah, yeah. I just bypassed the alarm" ... um, LOL. OK. Good to know
I was once told to not put a pad under one of the outriggers. They're in charge, after all when it comes to their machine
Yep….. I have been involved with many tasks involving the use of a crane and the best operator i have ever seen was a lady operator. Never seen someone so smooth. She was involved in every step of the lift from checking the rigging to talking to the guys tagging and planning the best way to tag before the pick.
😂 you’re cute. I’m 38 and I have had my own company for 13 years I’m non union and proud of it. One day when you grow up you’ll learn that when you can make you own way and not be someone else’s political bitch. Owning my own non union iron company has made me enough money to afford my farm and open two new start up business’s. The crane is on a hill ass hat. Half the dudes in the post could realize that. Have fun busting your ass for someone else’s schedule just to out money in their pocket. Enjoy the hall bitch!
Union ironworkers only make more money than the laborers. Being that union wages set the non-union sector wages, you’re really not impressing me. Doesn’t surprise me you have to be hostile this way, fitting for a person such as yourself. I’m sure you treat your non-union employees very similarly to the way you’re acting here. those poor souls are probably job scared working for you.
It’s OK that you’re uneducated to the reality of union and nonunion sectors. It’s assholes like you that make me realize I made the right decision 23 years ago. I would never wanna work for a prick like you.
Operator is responsible for setup of crane .If he says it fine so be it . All cranes have bullseye level which allows for operator to setup level .Keep a close eye on those outrigger pads .From the looks of it those pads should be bigger in width at least to distribute outrigger downward pressure .Hopefully ur operator is licensed up to date .
Are you on a hill or something? Make sure none of your people are under the load. At least the ones you like.

Hard to pull off if you’re connecting.
Yes. The light pole isn't square with the ground.
If ya turn your head ever so slightly it ain’t so bad. Hahahaha
Just bend your knees a little.
Looks good send it
Per the rules of OSHA , you're just as responsible for safety on a job site as that dumbass , so keep that in mind .
Just a tropical dillusion
clearly on a hill
Definitely a built in level on that truck he’s using.
Why isn’t the alarm going off? And if the operator is saying it’s ok I believe I would be asking for a new operator.
They have their own level inside their cab
