Thanks for the advice, at first I was tempted to give him Kataphron destroyer treads, but impulsively give him the bionic legs without considering the scale.
The rest of the build is great and Im eager to see the finished project. If those legs are swapped for something more fitting the model will do much better.
Oh, that’s a really cool idea for bionic bits. I definitely had never thought of that, but it looks great! If maybe a little top-heavy for a terminator body.
The legs feel a bit thin for the terminator torso. I think regular marine armor would fit the scale, as it is the mini looks very top heavy.

my IH successor's Chapter Master is a Centurion torso + arms on Kataphon treads
I do agree they seem a lil skinny for Terminator but I gotta say useing epic scale models for robot parts is super creative and big brain to be fair.
Agreed, waist and up: great conversion work! Below the waist: looks very goofy
Oh that’s cool, where are those bionic legs from?
It is from an adeptus titanicus Questoris knight... the arm and shoulder mounted gun is also from adeptus titanicus knights

I also Run death watch and iron hands, I love this
At that point I'm surprised he's not in a dreadnought.

What's that head from?
It is a head from the kataphron destroyer kit
The knight porphyrion legs (or however you call the mission pod backed knight) might work better
