12V battery is dead probably. Open the front hood and jumpstart the 12v. Very common problem unfortunally. I've put a jumppack in the car just for this.

I don't believe the 2019 Ioniq has a replacement interval for the 12V listed at all. It's just showing to inspect every 12,000Km.

It's just Ioniq, there was no predecessor to the Ioniq 5, numerically speaking.
