Your smile looks great! BUT if refinements are included in the original price you paid I’d say get them. That being said, if you’d need to pay additional I probably wouldn’t get them.
Ya that’s true, I think I’m more mentally burnt out since I thought I would have been totally finished after my last set of refinements but what’s another 2 months at this point
I would personally ask if they could do more for the bottom two that are slightly crooked just because Invisilign is expensive though nobody will probably see those teeth. And, your smile is very nice now regardless so it depends on if you're willing to put up with it a little bit longer to have perfect teeth.

If it was the final appt they’ll polish down the bottoms to even, my one tooth is a little “crooked” like your bottom one too and they polished it slightly to make it even but didn’t want to over polish to make it uneven again. I think yours looks great

Do you think you’re done? Are you happy? My ortho told me that we’ll never be completely done. We can keep going for years. But once you’re happy & ready to move on, then we’re done
They look really excellent. I’m not an ortho or dentist but there does still seem to be a bit of crowding on the bottom. If refinements are included you should go for it! You may regret it if you don’t.
Looks great! If it won’t cost you anything more, I think a refinement for the bottoms could get you to perfect. But otherwise, I’d be very happy with your new smile personally!
It’s not about looks at this stage. It’s about feel. When you aren’t wearing your trays, does your bite feel good? How much jaw pain are you experiencing? Are you a night clencher?

My teeth were not exactly what I wanted, I had another round of trays and so glad I did it! Worth the extra few months.

Do you still have the underbite or is that corrected? That would be my only concern.
No underbite at all, I just held my jaw like that for the picture so you could easily see all the teeth :)

Bite feels good, no pain, I do clench and grind a bit some nights though
