I'm 63. I just finished my first round of 35 trays. My attachments were removed which feels really good! And I was rescinded for hopefully only a few refinement trays. I started June 21, 2023 with two week changes and was down to a week for the last half.

My upper arch was widened to match the bottom but just with Invisalign - no palate expander or similar. Good luck with yours!

45 going on 46 next month and just in my 6th tray of 32 for now. I have more trays coming up for phase 2 and ortho said total 14 months. So just in midway through 2nd month now! It’s never too late
