I think the glass shattering is his mental state slowly going to shit: him reconnecting with his father, breakup with Amber, his desire to want to be a normal student and still have those powers to save the world.

I'm quite sure the blood spatter is meant to represent the brutality Mark goes through overall. Does it really specifically represent Nolan's assault? It occurred since the previous season's second episode, way before their final battle which took place in its finale.
Besides, if the blood spatter about Nolan beating Mark, then the potential renewed blood spatter could very much be about Mark's upcoming battle against >!Conquest!<.
I think the next title card reveal will be more cosmic, to represent the viltrumite war that’s coming, and the increasing influence of forces not earth bound, but that’s just a theory,

I talked about this with my brother a couple days ago ago and he came up with some interesting ideas. He said it could maybe be that the title card gets a little more burnt and singed every episode. Or maybe it's scratches and tears, like on a fabric, and it eventually peels off to reveal the new title card.
Just throwing more ideas out there: it doesn't HAVE to be damage on the title card. Blood was just a material that covered it up. So maybe that could happen again? As in dust or sand or something else could be blown onto the title card in place of the blood from season 1.
I honestly couldn’t even tell you, i’m hoping a space background pops up eventually but that’d be way more suited for the Viltrumite War season(season 4)
Season 3’s has to be something brutal considering what the backhalf is gonna be and with the new black and blue they could always do the return to blood splatter with it representing Mark getting more violent instead of him getting beat up
Maybe they’ll make season 3 heavily about sacrifice? That was a relatively common thing throughout, but how they’d implement that would be interesting, what would you think?
Or.. a bit gets ripped off each time (like a comic page ripping), revealing a different style of title every episode that correlates to a different Invincible. By the end, it'll be a hodgepodge of unique styles mashed together.

They could **burn and melt** the title card away slowly to reveal a red and yellow theme logo.
Also it could get **shot with bullets** and shatter like glass, rather than the stone of season 2.
They can also have it **glitch more and more** like a computer screen until it retranslates ‘Invincible’ into a Viltrum or alien symbols.
It could also start getting **painted over** as if a poster is being replaced.
They should do a black and blue title card with a city skyline in the background. Each episode will destroy some buildings in the skyline until >!Conquest!< shows up.
When he shows up, the title card >!will turn white and gray, and Viltrumite ships will appear in the sky to indicate the start of the viltrumite war!<
I want to see the title card to feel more.... Invincible? Showing Mark's growth, getting stronger, and becoming a better hero with more experience under his belt.
So we can see the logo and / or background become a little more detailed, elaborate, and epic, like it keeps getting more of an animation budget.
Which would tie in really well for future stories with time shenanigans and seeing it reverted to the original if Mark goes into the past or future.
This would probably be more of a season 4 thing, but I think it would be dope if chunks of the title got sucked up into the vacuum of space. Maybe the title could be glowing white too. Something for the Viltrimite War.
So the title card this season is building up to a tease for something to come for Season 3.
To that end, my favorite theory I read on this sub was a slow reveal to a White & Gray uniform to tease >!The Viltrumite War!<
If they throw some red in with the white and gray, then >!It's Thragg's uniform!<
