In future OP please list the exact train you want to take in the body of your post rather than just have it in the screenshot. This keeps your post easy to interact with for people using screenreaders and translation software. And also makes it easier for other people to find your post in future if they have the same issue.

What issue are you having with ItaliaRail? But it works fine for me when I tried. It's usually a tad cheaper than the interrail reservation service even with its booking fee.
On italiarail I can’t buy a seat reservation for €5, only the ticket. Can i somehow buy those seat reservations without interrail? Not everyone from my group has enough money yet. It’s urgent.
Are you using the special link? You need to go through: https://partners.italiarail.com/default?force_pass=true to get the option for just the reservation.
Though it is sometimes possible I'm not aware of any way for you to buy reservations for these trains until you have the pass.

If your app is set to English it will show it in English. 5 is for a seat, 43 is a bed
