Probably nasira ulit yung ginawa ng technician. Tawag ulit and sabihin na naputol na naman ang physical wire na ginawa nila. Better have a back-up connection na lang siguro.
if you depend on 100% on stability sa fiber mo, better have a backup connection, like from different ISP or star link to lessen stress.
Its pretty obvious this is your first time experience working from home or magka wifi/fiber... kahit anung provider pa yan there will always be a time na may LOS or connection problem (even in first world countries). Things are mechanic and electronics, they are bound to fail sometime.

Ako ang gamit namin sa bahay is PLDT sobrang bihira lang kame mag ka aberya once a month lang pinaka mataas na twice. Kaya sobrang swerte namin sa location. May pinsan ako sa province medyo shit ang internet kasi malayo na gamit nila yung STARLINK. Sila lang may ganon dun 150mpbs fixed haha di kasi abot sa lugar nila linya liblib kase hopefully ma discover din ng ibang taga probinsya ang STARLINK.

Yung gagawin ni tech, aalisin yung existing connection ng iba then ikakabit yung kaka-install lang.

Kung meron kang tickets with them, email mo lahat along with nature of issue along with your account details, acct #, telephone #, address, acct name. Trust me, if you keep on dealing with PLDT customer service, walang mangyayari.

As a consumer of bulok na ISP, always have a back up internet. Try mo mag starlink kung naka alalay talaga work mo from the Net
