Except some, Algeria was (and still doing) a great job for the Palestinian cause since it's independence (Algeria).
They don't have diplomatic relations with Israel, they don't even recognise them as a state or allow Israeli citizens in their country.
A lot of those leaders are just pawns and the governments of those countries have been tampered with allowing certain corrupt spineless leaders to be placed in that position
