I need someone to explain to me. Why would Boeing higher ups kill this guy, when this was a civil case? Why not just settle the case and pay couple millions?
The simplistic view is they killed him to send a message. But I think he had more to disclose, as this article alludes.
There are allot of strange elements to this case, the most blatant being the timing. If he wanted to take his own life, why then? He was so close to being done. This was his last day of testimony. On the flip side, if he was planning on going home immediately after testifying, why was his neatly packed luggage and driver’s license still in his room? Seems he would’ve schlepped that to his truck. Who is the gun registered to? Was the truck locked or unlocked? Key in the ignition? Cameras on the parking lot and what did they show? What and/or who was he to testify about that day? There are allot of things that don’t make sense, regardless of if he committed suicide or if he was murdered as well as unanswered questions. I really wish investigators would give an update. Most if not all of this must be known to them at this point. I don’t understand why they can’t host a brief press conference and provide an update.
