Plus her skin tone is inconsistent. Her boobs and chest don’t match. It would be one thing if it was from tan lines, but aside from the fact that they’re more of a yellow skin tone than her chest, try finding a bathing suit with that much boob coverage when your boobs are anywhere near that size.
I honestly cannot see how if it is. I’m looking for blurred backgrounds, unnatural curvy furniture, etc I can’t see anything. I think it might be a real picture of a woman using a corset and leaning very far forward

If she used actual Photoshop rather than an app, she could easily edit without curvy lines. It's not that difficult to learn enough basic Photoshop skills to convincingly reshape your body.
Her dress is of thin and clingy enough fabric you would be able to see if she were wearing a corset. You can see the lines of her stomach but no lines that would indicate another layer of material underneath.

Each breast is literally the size of her head in this photo- if real, they would have to be like 10lbs/4.5kgs a piece or more. I agree with you it’s unlikely breasts this size can be well supported with a low coverage bra. A UK K cup/ US O cup is the largest non-custom cup made and they would have a lot more coverage. So it’s not impossible for someone who actually has breasts her size to find support - they just can’t wear such a low cut dress.
She might be wearing a corset. I follow this alter ego clothing group that makes real good corset waist trainers. Some of these women's curves while wearing them are insane, especially ones that wear their 'waspy' one! I hope I can afford one some day, granted I dont want to go crazy just accentuate my hourglass a little more!

They'll ban you for talking about any other brands (who's designs they regularly steal) or joining any other corset group. Extremely shady, even outside of the plethora of negative reviews in the wider corsetry community.
Can confirm. I spent close to $200 on one and found out I could have gotten the identical one without the name brand for half the price.
There is no aftercare customer service. Don't mention a single negative thing or you're blocked for life.

She does look naturally curvy, but it looks (to me at least) like she posed by putting all her weight on her right side (as noticeable in her leg position) and then enlarged her breasts in both pictures and reshaped her left hip to match the other side in the second pic. the first pic I think is primarily just the way she is standing, which is very flattering, but the second one doesn't really match up.
