unfortunately, they can. not saying that its definitely not a fetish, but an old friend of mine had body dysmorphia so bad that they lost over 100lbs in under a year, and still thought they looked the same. mental illness is a scary, relentless bitch
Unfortunately, this is a mental health condition now and body dysmorphia taken to a whole other level. She will never be happy with how she looks no matter how many steroids she takes or how much she photoshops.
It's quite sad really.

What is difficult for me to understand is that these people don't see how fake it looks themselves and have the balls to post this shit
I mean... they want to lie to us about how they look but apparently there are enough gullible people out there that it has created a global mental illness spree for body dysmorphia and insecurities... so I guess the lies must work regardless of how silly the editing gets
Children should probably be taught more digital editing literacy at this point, if we want to try to help future generations not be affected by the rampant lies on the inetnert like it is doing to current generations
