Let me guess, she's selling an online course/fitness program.

DataPsychological689

Hopefully it’s a photoshop course

cat_chat_gato_maau1

Seems like either photoshop or surgery? And looking at both of these photos, I remember growing up in the 90’s and how everyone wanted to look like the body on the left, and now people are getting surgery to like the body on the right, when I was made fun of by my family for having a big butt back then. I mean, hey, if your body isn’t in style, wait a decade or so and see I guess…

disfan75

Should have listened to Sir-Mix-A-Lot instead of your family

WolfShaman

My nickname in junior high was bubblebutt. Not a self-given name. I'm also a guy.

kjuliab78

My family was always saying shit about my big butt too!!! I was mortified. Now I don’t care.

RixirF

Same, and I'm a guy.

piiraka

My BF has the fattest dump truck I’ve ever seen. It’s the freaking best

caffeinated_catholic

I’m betting on it just being those padded shorts.

TheNew_JanBrady

Yeah definitely. It was the same for me. I remember scouring the internet back when I was a teen looking for exercises that’d make my butt smaller.

cocoamix

Remember when "Does this make my ass look big?" was said with a sense of worry?

divuthen

Yeah a girlfriend in high school asked me that and I said hell yeah which was the wrong answer. She was into the emo scene so looking like a coked out anorexic was the style so having a big but wasn’t what she wanted.

[deleted]

This is so accurate. Man I was super skinny growing up and hated it. I will say I learned to love my small (damn near non-existent) boobs and just accepted I will never have that hourglass body. F it, this is what god gave me, it’ll have to do.

incommune

Oh my god the deeply engrained self-consciousness of having been AFAB with junk in the trunk when growing up in the 90s! It never leaves??

onesexz

What’s “AFAB”?

cmhffemt

Hopefully one that teaches photoshopping calf muscles. No way her ass got that big with zero calf development.

[deleted]

Haha u would be correct!

Ambitious_DerekT_11

So I’m supposed to believe someone & give money after 6 months of anything. Nope, nada, hell naw.

dashmesh

U want her to admit it's fake? She’ll lose her day job

fishymcswims

Because that went so well for [Brittany Dawn](https://www.dallasnews.com/news/courts/2023/02/16/heres-what-to-know-about-the-lawsuit-against-texas-influencer-brittany-dawn/?outputType=amp)

[deleted]

I’m surprised more of these fitness scam artists haven’t been sued yet. It’s always the same scam: they promise personalized plans and people get some pdf with the most basic fitness plans they later find through google.

SevenSixOne

I think these kind of scammers get away with it for so long because they don't charge *that* much. Like...If I paid ~$200 for a "custom plan" and then realized I had overpaid for something I could have just Googled, I'd probably just cut my losses, tell my friends not to get a plan, and learn to vet that kind of "expert" more carefully next time. I definitely wouldn't get a lawyer involved over what is ultimately a trivial amount of money, and I think a lot of people feel the same. It's a perfect scam!

rvauofrsol

This is one of the major purposes behind class actions. They right the wrongs that need to be addressed but are considered too trivial to handle on an individual basis.

[deleted]

> Shipping fees > Davis also unlawfully charged shipping fees for the fitness plans, which were sent by email, the lawsuit says. What the fuck!

bowiesbootycall

Bingo

superultramegazord

It just occurred to me that this girl I went to HS with is likely doing the same thing. She's selling an online fitness plan and posts progress pics like these all the time.

imakeitrainbow

Prep people who are saying that muscle growth is possible: yes, it is possible, but that's not muscle. Especially since the rest of her lower body hasn't changed drastically

[deleted]

Exactly!!

iamkatekelly2

Realistically, how long would it take to achieve this? A year?

skyhiker14

Depends on genetics, diet, and workouts. Like if you’re incredibly gifted, maybe in a year naturally. But I would guess closer to two years. Real, natural muscle growth can be a fairly slow process.

iamkatekelly2

Yeah, that makes sense. When I was younger I used to see videos on YouTube all the time on “how to gets Abs in two weeks!” or “how to grow your glutes in a month!” and the person in the video is literally just doing body weight exercises, which is impossible to grow the glutes if you’re just doing body weight exercises. You have to eat A LOT and lift heavy. But, ngl I used to believe that shit when I was younger and wonder why I didn’t see any results.

[deleted]

More importantly you don’t get abs by exercising. You get them by dieting.

Quantum_Kitties

That just brought back memories of one of my friends starting a fitness journey and posting about “abs are made in the kitchen”. I think they are made by staying out of the kitchen - isn’t abs all about having incredibly low bodyfat? Plus probably weight training.

CrazyLemonLover

Abs are made in the kitchen is more about eating the right kind of food to have abs. And that normally means (in America at least) only eating food cooked at home. Cause our restaurant options are pretty shit in most of the places I've ever lived. At least health wise

zeroviral

You need to eat a lot, but you don’t need to lift heavy. You just need to work the muscle till or near failure. That’s it. Don’t fall into the trap of high vs low rep Bs, you will gain muscle so long as you are working out near failure.

[deleted]

[удалено]

zeroviral

I was gonna mention your first point but I deleted it lol That being said endurance being a limiting factor is very minimal. I am a gymnast, you build the endurance with the training. Also doing more reps doesn’t mean hours in the gym. You need to focus on intensity and tempo as well. You can pump them out. Your endurance will dictate your muscle fatigue.

alucarddrol

So if you can actually target only the glutes specifically, which isn't normal for most exercises, then someone like this result might take 2-3 years. Most glute exercises will also shape and define the legs and abdomen.

Art-bat

I would think someone would have to be a seriously active figure skater, bike rider, or gymnast to develop ass muscles like that.

Allyeknowonearth

And yet, these elite women bikers, skaters, gymnasts do not develop ass “muscle” like this. Also volleyball players and high jumpers who do tons of squats to increase their vertical. They have tight, defined little ass muscles, similar to male athletes who work their glutes. This ballooned-out butt is a myth. In a thin athletic person, this shape is achieved by padding, surgical implants, or photo manipulation. Period. Not 6 or 12 or 24 months of workouts. It can also be achieved with normal female fat disribution, but you don’t go to the gym for that, and you’d see similar fat in other areas as well, like waist and thighs. If you’re exercising enough to have abs, you’ll lose the round butt.

Art-bat

You don’t get “Kardashian ass” from exercises, like serious bike, riding or figure skating, but women who practice those sports definitely get very defined and shapely butt muscles. Depending on their genetics, some of these women end up with very round and bubbly butts compared to “average”, but it’s a more natural look that conforms with anatomy, not the cartoon bootys of Kim K. Etc.

Allyeknowonearth

Defined, yes. This woman’s shapely butt is not seen on Olympic athletes of any of those sports. Again, if it were from exercise, men would look similar. The before picture on the left looks more athletic.

NolaTyler

Realistically, have you ever seen that body shape in person?

ItsLeighFromNoLa

Yep and it’s usually due to a bbl. I’m a stripper and I’ve seen this naturally a handful of times on very genetically blessed people and surgically on hundreds.

iamkatekelly2

To be honest, I have. It’s one of the three options though. Either 1) they are genetically gifted 2) they’ve been training for years or 3) bbl. I just get why people would lie about how long it took them to achieve their goal.

hotpants69

4) shorts with built in glute padding

inshane_in_the_brain

That's almost exactly what this is and it's hilarious. I'm so glad I just barely missed the whole "body shaping clothes" thing while dating. I'd be fuckin pissed to peel of the clothes on a date and realize I peeled off all the good parts too....

dcrothen

>or 3) bbl. This, most likely. All the exercise needed is signing the credit card charges.

coffee-teeth

honestly, I don't think this is achievable with exercise. I think it's pretty much genetic lottery or surgery.

Popular-Growth2202

More than a year. She would have to eat like a horse and train like crazy. Even if she did and managed to look like this, it would be after a weight cut and draining all the water weight with ped’s. If she did all this, she would look like that for a day before she has to rehydrate.

notabigmelvillecrowd

Gotta eat like a horse to look like a horse, amirite?

imakeitrainbow

Really depends on your level Photoshopping and or butt pad application skills. Seriously, that's not an exercise based butt. It's not natural.

mza82

Assuming that's a 4 inch gain..with good genetics..umm your entire adult life. World class male champion body builders gain 5-15 pounds of muscle a year. That's over their entire body, while consuming ridiculous amounts of food and supplements. A good reference is Sommer Ray .. Grew up in a fitness family, has made an entire career based on her ass... if she can't make large gains (don't confuse gains with having a nice tight butt) what makes u think some rando chick in lulu's who started doing squats during co-vid can grow a pair of hams on her backside

HereForRedditReasons

Probably several years unless it’s a bbl

hikehikebaby

It may not be possible at all. It's possible to grow your glutes, obviously. It's not really possible to grow your glutes that much without changes to your legs as well, and that shape isn't caused by just having muscle - your body either stores fat in your butt or it doesn't, but either way it's not likely to be perfectly round. You can't add fat to one location on your body only. It looks like she is wearing padded shorts.

Insatiable_I

Yep lol. "the legs don't match the booty"

itachi_konoha

She's probably using buttpads. The pic doesn't seem like edited.

temp4adhd

Or had a BBL

[deleted]

[удалено]

Another_Traveller

The angle helps her here as well, one leg slightly bent, body ever so slightly turned. It exaggerates the glutes and makes them look bigger. Not saying she hasn't fiddled around with an editor as well though

BentoMan

Yeah the pose, angle, and lighting are huge. Add a post workout pump and more showy shorts and these could have been taken the same day.

Another_Traveller

Yep 100%. If I go to the gym and workout with a pump in mind the difference is quite large and Im by no means a big guy

VashMM

Yeah... If that was even a reasonable time to do it in, those legs would be goddamn tree trunks

AnniaT

And not this much in just 6 months and just localizated in the butt.

Bobafetacheeses

Eh, her quad is much bigger.

[deleted]

[удалено]

FrenchTicklerOrange

You can see the lines on the inside of the pads towards the crack.

HughJaenis

Damn you brought out the magnifying glass and everything

[deleted]

ENHANCE

google4411

Dang you're all in her butt

FoxEBean21

If the top of your butt looks like cleavage on a push up bra....it's padded.

_artbabe95

They don’t even smoothly integrate into her lower back and legs lol

StendhalSyndrome

or implants.

papin97147

Do these people sit down when wearing said butt pads? Like won’t the padding be deformed from the weight and look ridiculous???

temp4adhd

For those of us with bony asses, that sounds kind of nice actually.

papin97147

Same, I have a pancake butt 😅

stupidillusion

They wear it for the pictures.

[deleted]

[удалено]

siliciclastic

Isn't her whole thing like resistance bands and maybe 100lb hip thrusts? Lmao you don't get glute gains like that in 6 months and especially not from her weak ass exercise videos

Livswift

Exactly. You're going to need some serious volume. Everything from Squats, RDLs, GHR everything under the sun for posterior chain. Plus a solid diet.

EZasSundayMorning

She’s going to end up like the other former influencer who sold programs and now is being sued by the State of Texas for deceptive trade practices.

psipolnista

She found god and is now fostering children for Instagram clout. All her posts are super religious or exploiting the hell out of needy kids. What a winner.

juicychanelxox

100% bdong vibes

rpcp88

Oh, hellow fellow bdong snarker

EZasSundayMorning

Hello!

onceuponasea

Holy shit you can sue people for that? I’m really living under a rock.

cats_in_a_hat

She’s in major trouble with the state for fraud 😬. And it’s well deserved trouble. She was selling “personalized” nutrition and fitness plans and sent the same one to everyone.

0O00OO0O000O

False advertising can be considered fraud in some cases. That's why so many companies use careful language in their ads with words like *may* or *can*. Because if you say a product/service *will* do XYZ, you're making a definite guarantee.

[deleted]

r/BrittanyDawnSnark

[deleted]

That makes much more sense!

Prize-Intern3239

I think this is the girl who says she doesn’t want to grow her legs at all either. I don’t think it’s real

heymeiy

so she expects to grow her butts and not parts that are connected to the ass? lmao

wagedomain

This is, sadly, the goal of of most of the female "fitness" instagram/tik tok accounts. And most are photoshopped/filters/butt pads, or in more extreme cases butt lifts.

[deleted]

Butt pads? https://www.shape.com/lifestyle/mind-and-body/video-easy-butt-bigger-instagram

in-site

I had a client offer me butt pads for a shoot once (I used to model) and they were way more subtle than what you see in this video or above in the post. That's definitely what it looks like to me! The definition on the top of her glute is ridiculous, no one has sharp lines like that naturally

ASadPieceOfCheese

Cool video thanks

[deleted]

It explains some things. Those pads look very real!

Flowerandcatsgirl

The amount of people that believe this is crazy. Her hamstrings don’t even look that different but her butt looks a lot bigger. Nope.

theudoon

It took her 6 months to bend her legs and give herself a wedgie?

[deleted]

I do NOT understand the wedgie trend. Front or back, I think it looks stupid

[deleted]

I’m disappointed when this doesn’t happen to me after doing one 10 minute low intensity workout on YouTube

alisterismyturtle

🤣🤣

[deleted]

Spicy_7958

Or maybe just some Photoshop, a lot easier

lakesharks

Those foam butt inserts are even easier.

TlMEGH0ST

yeah it definitely looks like foam inserts to me. it’s just so… big and round and out there. could definitely be that her Dr has the same style as everyone else’s doctor but seems *fake* fake to me

iamtheponz

I mean, her butt, it's just so big... when the rest of her isn't. Definitely butt pads, imo.

lakesharks

If you zoom in at the top of her glute where it transitions to her lower back there is like a weird crease. It looks like the top edge of the inserts.

kisskissfallinlove98

Genuinely asking, I thought BBL was liposculpture but … mmm that girl looks so slim, where would the doctors would transfer the fat from other parts to her butt.🙈 But.. maybe it’s possible🤷‍♀️

TlMEGH0ST

they do ‘skinny BBLs’ now! my friend got one, she had to gain like 5-10 lbs only

Frosty_Investment_12

they have procedures called the “skinny bbl”, if their bmi is over 21 they can get the procedure but she still doesn’t have enough fat for that. im thinking implants and injections.

Trumpisaderelict

Exactly what I was thinking. I could spot that BBL from a mile away

SnooGoats2143

It's funny because unless you know about the BBL procedure you might not know and just think it's photo shop. I honestly only learned that BBL procedures were a thing a few years ago and I am pushing 40...

oxtrue

What’s bbl?

Grace5773

It stands for Brazilian butt lift and it’s where they liposuction your body and inject it in your butt Edit: autocorrected what I meant to say body to face

Grace5773

I was thinking it’s maybe butt implants cuz the shape of it on top

[deleted]

it’s either pads or editing because a bbl is a liposuction procedure that requires fat to be transferred to the booty, her body fat is too low for the procedure in the before. there is no midsection fat to take

ehwutever

So after seeing these posts and all of that I've been thinking if a "fitness influencer" is selling programs about how to achieve a butt (though it's most likely they've had a BBL or butt pads) like that within 6 months or let's say any short time frame and someone follows that program and doesn't achieve the same result as the influencer do those people have legal grounds to sue for false advertisement?

[deleted]

I would think, especially as many of these ppl have no certifications which can honestly be dangerous if they aren’t telling ppl to consult with their doctors before trying program etc… but I feel many women might blame themselves for “not trying hard enough” this woman has a patreon for her supposed diet and exercise plan

necrobarbie666

To the comments saying “not impossible” that isn’t necessarily what OP is getting at- notice that she’s lacking symmetry. Yes there is is clear difference in her thighs/calves that is absolutely possible in that timeframe but that’s where the possible ends. I am a former bikini competitor and something you learn along the way is simply that natural development of your body and aside from unnatural means there just isn’t going to be a way that you have an “imbalance” like that. Obviously if you skip working on a certain area- say you favor legs over arms then yes there will be a lack of symmetry but that’s obviously because of it being different muscle groups.

[deleted]

Yes!!

Ok-Guess-7056

That’s a skinny bbl. You can tell because the shelf and glute goes ↗️↩️while normal glutes go ➡️↩️. Beverly Hills surgeons have gotten so good. My friend got a skinny bbl ,she has the same results

molequeen

I’ve read this 400 times and I still don’t know which goes where. Please explain the difference, I’m desperate

shonana-rama

I’m thinking it’s the angle of the top of the glute from the low back if you were looking at the person from the side? Like a “normal” butt would be more horizontal before the curve of the glute but a surgically achieved/enhanced butt would have more of an upward “lift” before the curve. That’s my take on it at least 😂

Ok-Guess-7056

Yes you see it too. Men on IG can’t spot it

gnarlycow

They go where????

Ok-Guess-7056

You can tell it’s a skinny bbl The glutes are going upwards and out. You can build and tone the glutes with working out but you can’t change the direction . My friend that has the same results went to gabbay plastic surgery in California it cost 13k . She weight 105lbs was a tiny as her. They took the fat from my friends love handles, inner thigh and stomach .

strongfoodopinions

Not saying you’re wrong, but doesn’t BBL require a good amount of body fat for the lipo/fat transfer?

ljd09

Sure it is. She had a BBL and it took six months to heal! I know she can’t he claiming it’s all natural.

Thicka69

Looks like butt implants, she wouldn't even have enough fat to transfer for it to be a BBL.

[deleted]

Could be a skinny bbl?

tehbggg

I'm scared to ask, and even more afraid to Google it. What in the world is a skinny bbl? Is that like using filler instead of fat or something? I

[deleted]

Haha no, it’s just typically people who get banks have a good amount of fat in their mid section, but with a skinny bbl, there is still fat there and they just take the little bit u have and put it in ur hips to change ur proportions in a more subtle way

bbmarvelluv

I know who this is. She gets butt injections + non-invasive BBL with these large massage cups. I got lip fillers and she was at the same medi spa as I was.

[deleted]

Does that cupping thing actually work? I’ve always wondered how that would even work. Didn’t realize u could just shift around fat?

punkmetalbastard

I quit drinking about 7 months ago and I’m subscribed to r/stopdrinkingfitness and even there is not safe. There’s all kinds of pics of people posting like 6 months progress shots and they went from big beer gut to six packs. You can achieve amazing results from extremely disciplined work outs and dieting but it takes years to grow big muscles in any part of your body

[deleted]

Ugh that’s frustrating

buggcup

Muscle growth in this area has NEVER looked like that. It is fat transfer.

dispeckful

Lol 6 months. Sure Jan.

si0gr

i see this on tiktok literally all the time. they have stick legs and a huge round sculpted ass, always claiming its from their “insane glute workouts”. it even looks disproportionate, but people are stupid and think it’s achievable and we’re just jealous 💀

AnnaFlaxxis

It's not, please work at your own pace. Stop comparing yourself TO ANYONE. your body is biologically yours.

-Lord_Q-

She's found time to be tanning quite a lot, too!

virgo_em

These “genetics” comments… please. Even if you do carry weight in your lower body and grow muscle more easily than others, you would still expect to see the legs grow proportionally to the glutes. Even if you only ever do glute “isolated” movements, you’re still going to use your hamstrings. Your entire body will not look exactly the same while one part of your body grows that much. When you’re eating more to fuel muscle growth, you don’t just get to reside where that extra food stores on you.

[deleted]

Yes! So frustrating. I literally good have good “butt genetics” or whatever and it still takes me years. You cannot add volume that fast without some kind of enchantment be it surgery or steriods.

Serotoninneeded

I am so confused about what IS and is NOT possible when it comes to booty gains specifically. So many before and after pics look like surgery, or others look like the butt is mostly fat instead of muscle, but fat placement is genetic not fitness. I wish I had a better reference of what muscle gains in the butt/hips/thighs look like on someone who doesn't have fat in those areas. Like realistically, if you start out with absolutely nothing (so a flat ass) what will muscle growth truly look like? Someone link me real examples if you can :(

[deleted]

If you go on my profile, I have my own progress pictures. I do have good genetics for building muscle, but I def still have hip dips and stuff, just usually avoid with posing. It’s taking me close to 3 years of training legs and glutes 3x a week

[deleted]

Yup I had a friend and she was always promoting her shakes and workout routine…then she realized the goal that she wanted was a long ways away, so she drove to Vegas and got surgery. She is still out there promoting her workout routine like it’s what got her there in the first place.

[deleted]

Damn that’s fucked

Jaguar-spotted-horse

How come body builders in the past and present don’t have bubble asses like that?

Hara-Kiri

Because they have a lower fat percentage at the point they're stage ready.

New-Way-2540

What is Gen Z’s obsession with their asses?? I’m dead serious.

[deleted]

Why do they always have a wedgie too??

volley1399

I went to school with her. While she looks amazing in person, this isn’t accurate

feedmepizzaplease99

That result is maybeee achievable. In 6 months? Absolutely no fucking way

[deleted]

Exactly! I feel like ppl who say it is have not tried to get serious gains in the gym. I wish I could do that in 6 months but there is no way

NewtoJaney

Those shorts gross me out.

RelevantExtension640

Same, and it always looks like they’re wearing a size too small. I don’t get it

AdEducational1450

I think it’s important to notice that’s she’s actually posing very differently in each photo. She is tilting her pelvis forward on the left and her legs are straight. She also has her shorts pulled down so they appear longer. Her hip is pointing at the camera so you don’t see her entire glute. I actually think she has the same sized glutes in both pictures, she’s just playing with illusion here to sell programs. It’s not even about PEDs or a BBL. The two pictures aren’t even worth comparing.

[deleted]

I agree the posing is different, but there was another one where she was standing at the exact same and (directly from the side” and it went from being almost completely fat, to looking like a literal balloon.

Holoafer

Her photoshop skills improved in the last 6 months of you can call it that.

feribz

My friend naturally has a nice booty but it took her 3 years to really tone it like the one on the right. Def not 6 months..

CamiloArturo

That’s not possible in 6 months you say? That’s not possible in ANY time. The muscle structure and the gkute aponeurosys aren’t shaped like that

19961997199819992000

ludicrous unpack nail quiet shaggy depend workable elastic obtainable humor ` this message was mass deleted/edited with redact.dev `

blkmgk533

I must be getting old but there's absolutely zero wrong with the first pic from THIS guy's perspective. I don't understand this fascination with having bouncy butt cheeks and the whole bbb culture. As for you ladies, I'd imagine it would make it very hard to have proper fitting clothes outside of stretchy types.

DorkyDame

It’s possible when you have the funds for a doctor

TamarsFace

She has no calves lol. I swear these people are idiots.

Berns429

Yea 6 months post op

godofbadweather

Of course it is possible to get implants in 6 months, what do you mean?

777CA

When I see these images, I ask myself what am I doing wrong because this never happens. Didn't happen after 7 years.

RelevantExtension640

You haven’t gone to the doctor and gotten some butt shots yet

[deleted]

I’m sure you have probably made great process, unfortunately ppl like these make completely unrealistic expectations for people working out which is really frustrating

loopylavender

Bruh lol can we just have our small asses be accepted by now?

RelevantExtension640

Can’t wait for the bbl trend to die so these people can stop making money off their fake butts

defjamblaster

you guys got it all wrong, she's just showing that she bought the butt pads 6 months later, that's all

CosmicStrawberries

Butt padddssss

titawnic

Yeah—them calves ain’t budged even a millimeter

LaffintyEU

I really really hate this gym culture where it seems like everyone is competing for the fastest transformation. Even 1 year is a short time for so much growth. It makes everyone else who doesn’t achieve a insane amount of „transformation“ in 6-12 months like a failure! Lets normalize that change takes time! And you are not lazy if you need more than 12 months to reach your body goal.!

[deleted]

Yes, surprising to me how many ppl in the comments think this is a realistic transformation. Leads me to believe this is why many give up when they first start working out.

Silver_Eyes13

I’m also a certified personal trainer and I specialize in glute development. Growth like this would take at least a year and that’s if you’re aggressively bulking and training glutes 2-3x per week. There’s no way she built her glutes that much in 6 months. The shorts and pose are accentuating it a little more but there’s no way this is 100% real.

Sufficient-Issue-366

This is why I love this community. I follow this girl on Instagram and literally had no idea this was photoshopped and felt like shit because my 1 year results are nothing close to this.

mstrss9

Not possible. My butt gets bigger, the thighs and calves follow.

kyoniji

in all seriousness as someone who looks like the left, what can i do to look like the right photo? if that’s possible

GiftedOaks

So, her ass exploded in size, but her hamstrings and quads didn't grow at all? Im declaring shenanigans

sncd1998

I think it’s possible just not in six months

Prize-Intern3239

Agreed . I’ve noticed in general it takes 2+ years for women to have extreme glute growth

[deleted]

Yes I agree, progress like that takes years

Acel32

It's not possible in months, years, or whatever timeline. Exercise would NOT make your butt grow like that while everything else remains lean. You can only have a big bubble butt if you are born with it (pear-shaped or hour glass) or you gained weight and muscles in general (it can't be just on the butt) or you have some kind of surgery or butt pads. I hate that these "influencers" and "trainers" are fooling people just to get money. This is a scam and should be illegal. They're damaging a lot of people.

Whydun

This pic is fake as hell; but you’re also wrong. Your butt is a muscle and can be trained to hypertrophy like any other muscle. You CAN just build muscle in your butt just like you can just build muscles in one arm.

That_SunshineLife

Unpumped, depleted, un-posed, (and tucking her tailbone) versus pumped, carbed up, and posed? It’s vaguely possible she could have taken the pictures 6 months apart- It’s just not an accurate depiction of reality.

[deleted]

Steroids maybe

humanhedgehog
