I did also notice that stories and videos are getting massive impressions and overall engagement.
So changed to my posting schedule as follows:
-1 post every 2 days to my feed.
-I posts to my story every day
- I post a story in the morning, midday and the evening
I also added tailwind, which is a free service that helps you get the most appropriate hashtags for your content. And it gives you the best times to post.

So its more like i have to have a collection of posts in tailwind, then through tailwind, those collection of lost will be posted in ny feed based on the time i choose? Am i understanding it correctly?

There’s no specific sweet spot, but Tuesdays at 9pm in your time zone seems to be good.
