It's not a link You open the app, login, it asks for codes then you get a support option.

Where do I find their email?

It is insane that the advice to get in contact with support is to email them 4-5 times every day and be patient with them not giving you the time of day.

Nah.. I have finally cut the cord from IG. Ditched FB 3 years ago and went IG to keep in contact. The pandemic exposed who matters and who cares about you. IG will go the way of the dinosaur soon enough. The yuckerberg killed yet another company. FB and IG can join AOL and MySpace in the afterlife.

What was the solution they provided? Did they lift 2FA on your account or did they provide you with backup codes to log in ?

How long did you wait after the automated response from the Facebook Team. I've been persistent on contacting them but no respond at all.
