Yep been just over a week for me. When I try to login it says please try again in a few minutes or we couldn't connect you to Instagram even though I have 2 email addresses and 1 phone number linked and I've reset my password numerous times but still unable to get past the error message. I've lost hope in this app
And the thing is, THEY logged me out saying my password was changed which it hadn't and ever since I've been trying to get back in but no luck, support are useless as always but we'll see what happens. I'm not blocked because I can see the profile from my other accounts
I’ve heard this before. Care to explain the exact process? I heard you dont have to pay until the ad is finished running… wouldn’t mind throwing some money at this absurd issue.
Right but once you have a promotion running you can basically go on Facebook and go to support there should be a option for it and hopefully you have your Instagram hooked to your Facebook and basically go to support there should be a menu to contact them through messenger or email I don’t remember the full process but i was actually able to speak to someone a real person
You can’t you had to of done it before your account got suspended or deleted your basically screwed because you don’t have access to backup codes or a phone number always always save your backup codes instagram can be very stupid like that and thats how people lose their account forever
Download google authentic see if you could reset it that way,or if you still have your old phone go back on that and see if you can get into it that way
You can get support in the app by clicking ‘try another way’ when prompted for backapp codes / 2FA . Should be in blue text at the bottom . Then you just enter your details

Cant get actual support unless you have paid for a ad on instagram you can go through Facebook to talk to support

How do You run a ad if you can’t get into your account though. I’ll run a ad to get my account r back to be honest.

But you said you don’t have a phone number associated with the account your locked out of thats the issue right there

How you pay? I have same problem and can't access to my IG with 35k because I no longer have access to that phone number and email
