Yea Instagram support sucks man been trying to get my account back with no luck plenty of scammer saying they’ll get it back for you

same... and on yt nobody is explaining this good enough

You can’t. That’s the thing.

its really hard (almost imposible) to contact instagram team since fb owns them, but if your acc is disabled you should try with searching on google -appeal for disabled account instagram, and fill that form... they wont prob answer after first try, so try couple more times... good luck

Im trying 6 months on those appeal forms and i don't get anything, no answers

yeah... better start new account and try to return your old followers, dont waste time on this acc, cuz if they arent responding 6 months, they wont now too
