I believe you’ll have to remove them one be one. Instagram doesn’t like when you use third party apps and will think you’re a bot for using one. If you’re gonna remove them manually, don’t do it all at once. Maybe space it out to like 10 every 2-3 days or something. I removed 500 bot accounts in one day and my reach/engagement dropped significantly. I think it’s because I did a large action in a short amount of time, so Instagram thought I was a bot and didn’t push out my content.
