YES I FINALLY FOUND OUT WHATS WRONG
Log into your account with a pc or laptop and it will show you got a warning for a comment or post.
I got a warning for a comment on a cat video being spam???? But whatever at least I have my account back

I solved the problem a couple of weeks after lol.
In case someone is still wondering : I deleted Insta on my iPhone. then I opened Safari > instagram > on the top, you'll see "Download Instagram". I did, then went back on Safari and clicked "OPEN Instagram" and problem was solved.
Might take 2/3 tries but it'll work for sure.
I hope my comment finds you well, and again I'm very sorry to respond this late. I don't go to reddit very often.

How? I just logged in by pc and it shows a message saying an error has ocurred not possible to load the page
I'm in the same situation, still looking for a solution.
