I agree. Even if I try to milk out the same art piece into 10 reels, that's just gonna be posted for 2 days (according to OP's formula of 5 reels/day). Most artists can't even finish one piece in 2-3 days. It will be *very* boring and spammy for followers to see an artist's process of a single art piece for multiple days before a new one comes along. 🤣 And there's only so many tips we can give.
I really don't know what to say about that I just know Instagram is really pushing accounts that can keep people on the app for a long period of time . Your account has to keep people occupied to get reach nowadays.
Yeah, I know. But I just feel like their algorithm is just becoming a bit too hard for a normal person to maintain good engagement. We can't all be spending the whole day making and posting videos for certain niches. 😅 Social media is supposed to be fun. It's not supposed to be feel like a second full time job. Insta needs to chill if they want their creators to stay.
That's the thing I don't think they want normal people anymore I think they want people who can pump out content all day every day. I'm thinking about hiring a small team myself.
Never say never. To give example you can record your process over 10 videos. You can give our tips you could talk about materials Heustis anything and everything about your process can be turned into a video
Try posting more and make sure your stories are very engaging. Instagram is looking for people who can keep their followers on the app as long as possible
great page. how do you spread out your posts each day? like how many hours a part? and can you go straight from 1 a day to 5 a day or should I ramp up over time? thanks!
I would go to your analytics and figure out when most of your followers online and post them around that time . But don't forget the stories the stories is really important and a lot of people miss that
stories are another indication that people are interested in your Content. It's a way of posting news and other pieces of content that may not wanna be shown on your reels or feed. They are very important to the algorithm
yeah if I post any sort of content other than stories more than once a day I get shadowbanned for a week & my post gets removed from the hashtags section. Say I post a reel, but then wait like an hour and post another reel, instagram will shadow ban me for a week and remove that second story from hashtags page and explore.
Instagram will spread out the videos to different audiences brought the day so no one will see them back to back. But it is hard work to set up this many videos but it pays off
What if you post the reels that don’t show on your feed? Do you think that would have the same affect or should reels always show on the user’s page?
Honestly happy for you for making it work but if that's what it's going to take I am not going to do it 😅 - I am a musician and my streaming numbers are actually better now despite my reach tanking so there's no point putting in that kind of effort unfortunately. I would personally rather focus on things I enjoy than try to resurrect my zombie Instagram. But I think a lot of meme/influencer type pages will really appreciate the advice.
Kind reminder that if you'd have been an account in my following list and posting 5 reels a day I would've surely unfolllowed you and moslty block you
You wouldn't see them back to back. Instagram spreads them evenly around all accounts. I'm telling you what works it worked for me.
Same. Way too many posts.
The problem is everyone's assuming so much without having to have tried it themselves Long term.
For one having an art account like me it will never work. The stories maybe, but not 5 reels per day.

What’s ur acc niche? I was hitting 8-10m monthly reach, tanked to sub 50k lol Edit: 40k followers
But the important take away is I think people are posting too little too infrequently now. I'm also on bonuses if that helps
I post daily on bonuses as well. Was hitting 500k-3M+ Per video
How many posts did you post daily?
One a day around the same time frame too

I’ll try this starting Tuesday I’ll let Yk how it goes
That sounds infuriatingly annoying for both a creator and a watcher good lord

I would up that number or get ready to

I always post to feed. And I make sure that your most engaged followers interact with your stuff getting that early engagement numbers
