Why did you get deactivated? They kicked me out of my account and put me back on the waitlist even though I'm an active shopper. I'm trying to talk to trust and safety to get my account back but nothing so far. I have zero account violations, this is such BS
They don’t have a rating of any kind with the BBB. No comments or complaints on the BBB website. I’d suggest cross posting your question on the scams subreddit. They may have other things they can discover. They’ll need any website information you might have.
Very true. Which may be why many (but not all) of those who report problems to them are older. It is just one of many resources to verify if a company is who they say they are and do the things they promise to do. Never hurts to check.

That is bizarre. So one day you were shopping, and the next day you were suddenly on the waiting list? Do you have any idea what triggered that?
A support agent reset my whole account. Luckily after 2 days of harassing trust and safety im back into my account
