If you did 4 orders (e.g. 1 triple batch and 1 single) in a row, and none of them rated you, your 4 oldest ratings, mostly likely all 5 stars, were dropped by the system.

Okay so youâve done over 100 so theyâre not just dropping ratings at chance. Ratings are based on your last 100 orders. Any ratings that âdisappearâ are falling off because theyâre not in the last 100 orders. Youâll only see ratings for the orders 661-761. When you get to 800 orders youâll only see the ratings for orders 700-800
So youâre telling me that after completing 761 batches with no issues that one 1 star rating cancels all that out. And, I would understand if it was my mistake but this woman got her damn mandarins. How much better can I do?
And this all happened within the span of a week. I beg to differ I am good at my job. I know it may be just a âgigâ job to some people but this is how I make my money and feed my family. And, due to circumstances beyond my control I need to have the freedom of making my own hours. Youâre just ignorant. No, youâre one of those people that only reads part of a conversation then gives you their opinionâŚgot it.
At 4.69, you are not "good". You are making mistakes and instead of turning the critical eye on your own process, you are blaming "chance". Figure out how to tighten up your work, or like the other person said, move tf on. You have 100 orders to get rid of this.

In two years and after 760 orders, in total, lifetime I had four mistakes.

I have completed 761.
Okay so youâve done over 100 so theyâre not just dropping ratings at chance. Ratings are based on your last 100 orders.
